4. Treatment Method:

After The Above Analysis, We Only Need To Deal With The "Collapse" Problem Of The Contact Surface Between The Probe And The Anticorrosive Coating, And Then We Can Deal With The Inaccurate Measurement Results Of The Thickness Gauge. We Can Pad a Flat Hard Film (Glass Or Plastic) On The Surface Of The Anticorrosive Coating, And Then Detect The Thickness Of The Hard Film And The Total Thickness Of The Anticorrosive Coating And Hard Film Respectively. The Standard Thickness Of Anticorrosive Coating Can Be Obtained By Subtracting The Total Thickness Of Anticorrosive Coating And Hard Plate From The Thickness Of Hard Plate Itself. Here, The Hard Chip Mainly Plays The Role Of "Anti Collapse".

5. Final Results:

After Readjusting The Detection Method, The Thickness Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating Is 1.1 Mm, And The Error Is Within The Allowable Range.
